Apartments have vaulted ceilings, kitchen skylights, walk-in closets, fireplaces, dishwashers, and air conditioning.

All 2 bedroom units contain washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a spacious inner courtyard, pool with covered bbq areas, club house, garages, carports and extra storage.

Extra garages are available to rent for $40 per month.

SORRY, no pets!

 All residents of  Cedar Creek  and Cedar Springs have use of the Cedar Creek Club House with fitness center, racquet ball court, and gift shop; and the  Cedar Springs II Clubhouse Exercise Room .

 A beautiful  Reception Room and Outdoor Patio  are available to rent. Located in our  Cedar Creek Village Club House , call (509) 489-4111 for information, rental rates, and reservations.

 Visit Cedar  Creek Village Commercial Center  — gas station, daycare, bowling, restaurant, gaming, bar and more—all open to the public.
